Air waybill, box by box
Prepare the air waybill with help on every box.
Tap any box on the AWB to fill it in. The helper explains what goes there. Chargeable weight and totals are worked out for you. Then export a PDF and copy the FFR booking message.

FFR Generator
Build the FFR booking request here. Fill in the booking details below, or fill in the AWB draft above: both use the same details, so you only type them once.
What each line of the FFR means
Formatted to Cargo-IMP FFR conventions (version 8). Airlines differ in the version and optional lines they accept, and many now use Cargo-XML (XFFR), so check the airline's message specification before sending. The airline replies with an FFA (booking answer).
FWB Generator
Build the FWB air waybill message here. Fill in the details below, or fill in the AWB draft above: both use the same details, so you only type them once.
What each line of the FWB means
Formatted to Cargo-IMP FWB conventions (version 17). Many airlines use Cargo-XML (XFWB) for e-AWB, and versions and optional lines differ, so check the airline's specification before sending. The airline answers with an FMA (acknowledgement) or FNA (error).
House air waybills
One card per house. Tap any box to fill it in; the helper explains it. They are listed under the master AWB above.
FHL house list message
Tells the airline and advance customs systems which houses are inside the master. Each line is explained next to it.
Formatted to Cargo-IMP FHL conventions (version 4). Advance security filings such as EU ICS2 and US ACAS need complete house data. Check the airline's specification before sending; many use Cargo-XML (XFZB for house data).
